1. OverviewThese Data Deletion Instructions describe how users of
Unimetric can request the deletion of their personal data and advertising data obtained through integrations with third-party platforms, including Meta (Facebook).
Unimetric respects user privacy and provides clear and transparent methods for data deletion.
2. Data Eligible for DeletionUsers may request deletion of all data associated with their use of the Service, including:
- personal account information (such as name and email);
- advertising account identifiers;
- access tokens and integration credentials;
- stored analytics and reporting data.
3. How to Request Data DeletionUsers may request data deletion using one of the following methods:
Option 1: Disconnecting the IntegrationUsers can disconnect their advertising account or integration directly within the Unimetric interface.
Once disconnected, all associated access tokens and stored data will be scheduled for deletion.
Option 2: Contacting SupportUsers may send a data deletion request via email:

Please include sufficient information to identify your account (such as registered email address or account ID).
4. Processing TimeUpon receiving a valid data deletion request, Unimetric will permanently delete the requested data within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required by law.
5. Confirmation of DeletionOnce the deletion process is completed, the user’s data will no longer be accessible and all access tokens will be revoked.
6. Meta Platform DataData obtained from Meta platforms is deleted in accordance with:
- Meta Platform Terms
- Meta Developer Policies
Unimetric does not retain Meta user data after deletion is requested or access is revoked.
